Our Talented Staff

Kitty Lyon
Executive Director
Kitty oversees the operations in areas of programs, finance and administration. She serves as PJCBG's chief advocate and the spokesperson in the community and is the liaison to the Board of Directors and the Board of Advisors.
Toni Hays
Programs Coordinator
Toni works directly with the Director of Development and the Executive Director while managing the gardens' memberships, private events, adult and youth programs as well as the volunteer program.
Kim Babyak
Receptionist/Gift Shop Manager
Adrienne Roethling
Garden Curator
Adrienne manages all horticultural activities at the Garden and the PJCBG nursery, including seasonal designs, plant acquisition, planting, propagation, curation and maintenance, and record-keeping.
Jeremy Motsinger
Horticulturist
Jeremy works with the Garden Curator to maintain the highest of horticultural standards for all garden displays and spaces as well as the off-site nursery production space at PJCBG.
Natalie Buckner
Nursery Manager
Natalie works at the PJCBG nursery to ensure that all plants are properly grown and maintained to high standards prior to Garden display usage or plant sales.

Gardener
