About the Event

Explore Paul J. Ciener Botanical Garden from the Director's point of view. Adrienne Roethling, Director, will select a new topic each month and take you on a unique tour of the Garden. This month, join Adrienne in the Lowland Meadow and explore the Abbotts Creek Watershed.

Paul J. Ciener Botanical Garden is once again taking part in Forsyth County Creek Week, a weeklong celebration of our local waterways. Join us was we explore the Lowland Meadow, a garden space that sits in the Abbotts Creek Watershed. The Lowland Meadow showcases plants that tolerate moisture during the wet season but also handle dry conditions during a drought.  It is also a space designed to encourage more bird activity in the garden. Learn what we are doing to help protect this important watershed.
