Lunch & Learn: Aromatherapy

Holiday season got you stressed? The scents and smells of certain plants have been shown to have a calming effect on our bodies' response to stress. Aromatherapy, or the practice of using essential oils for therapeutic benefit, is one method used to relax our mind and body. Join Cindy Stewart, Kernersville resident and former nurse, for a conversation about aromatherapy and a guided aromatherapy meditation. All attendees will receive a samples of essential oils used during guided meditation to continue practice at home.
