Twisted Warriors Yoga has partnered with Kernersville Parks and Recreation to to host a 1-Day Yoga Retreat! Unwind and heal in a beautiful space by joining registered yoga instructor, Ashley Price and Dr. Kaitlin Herzog, DPT for a day of mindful movement classes. Book your spot now for this end of the summer half day retreat!
$50/person, ages 18 & up. Cost includes: Morning All Levels Yoga Stretch, Breakfast, Guest Speaker & Ending Yoga Session
