To raise enough money in one day to provide scholarship funding for kids in our community to participate in a new summer camp experience -

The Discovery Garden Summer Camp

Remember the  excitement of youthful discovery?

Over the winter months, the garden will be creating and constructing a new garden space . . . the Discovery Garden, which will be completed by May 2020.  It will be a whimsical space with passive and active learning on the importance of plants and the role they play in our environment.  The Discovery Garden will be available for all guests but will primarily focus on engaging and educating children on nature, the importance of healthy living and will play a vital role in our Elementary Education Garden program.   The Discovery Garden Summer Camp will accommodate 12-15 participants for (2) week-long sessions.  Sessions will be held Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 12:00 pm, for students in grades

3 through 5 and will provide a different learning element each day.

Each year on #GivingTuesday, non-profits rally their supporters for a day of maximum impact.   #GivingTuesday provides an opportunity for individuals to support what matters most to them and share that support with their social media networks.

This year, we are asking our friends to donate $15 or more to help us reach our goal of $7,500.00 on December 3rd.  And, since #GivingTuesday relies on the limitless potential of social media, don’t forget to share, tag us, and use the hashtag #GivingTuesday on your social media.

From all of us at Paul J. Ciener Botanical Garden,

thank you for your support on #GivingTuesday and every single day you help to enable our mission.

Busy that day?  Why wait?

 Make your donation today.

Together, we are better!!
