Tony takes a holistic approach that focuses on balance, body awareness, stress reduction, mindfulness and meditation that are integral to the practice of Tai Chi Chuan. At the end of each class, a special activity will take place in one of the garden spaces to connect our practice with the beauty of nature that the Garden has been designed to promote.
