The ancient practice of Tai Chi Chuan integrates the connection between ourselves and nature for our mutual well-being.  Tony takes a holistic approach that focuses on balance, body awareness, stress reduction, mindfulness and meditation that are integral to the practice of Tai Chi Chuan.  At the end of each class, a special activity will take place in one of the garden spaces to connect our practice with the beauty of nature that the Garden has been designed to promote. People who must sit are welcome.
